We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Extreme Polymers offers a 30-day return policy — you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must:
- Be unopened, unused, and untampered, in its original packaging
- Be in the same condition as when received
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

If your order is shipped outside the United States, please allow additional transit time for shipping and returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect product, contact us right away at info@extremepolymers.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Important Note:
Our engine additive treatments are chemical-based products and may be classified as hazardous materials or flammable liquids under certain shipping regulations.
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or promotional products
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please contact us before shipping it back.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for unopened, undamaged, and untampered products in their original packaging, and must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
Once your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
Please note: If your product was opened or used, it cannot be exchanged due to safety and regulatory restrictions.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 3 days of receiving it — for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
